个人简介
My major work focus is computer-aided drug design and supporting multiple levels of the R&D drug design process starting from target validation, high-throughput screening analysis, fragment-based screening, protein construct design, hit2lead, lead optimization, SAR analysis, and structure-based drug design. Protein targets I have experience with are e.g. proteases and polymerases.
My closest collaborators are colleagues in the chemistry, biology, screening, analytics, technology, and informatics areas.
Due to a computer science background I am also strategically interested in risk reduction, optimization, data mining, data integration, and large-scale challenges in the life science domain.
I have a natural affinity to collaboration, communication, and knowledge management principles, especially in the context of making innovation and communities sustainable. Two particular concepts being of great use for making this efficient are social media (many-to-many communication) and change management, aka Knowledge=People+Information.
