摘要
•Neuroendocrine (NE)-like carcinoma is a molecular subtype of conventional urothelial carcinoma of the bladder with transcriptomic profiles and clinical outcomes highly similar to histological NE carcinoma.•A single-sample NE-like genomic classifier can identify NE-like cancers.•NE-like tumors do not express markers associated with basal or luminal tumors.•The cancer-specific mortality rates of NE-like tumors were significantly higher compared to non-NE-like tumors.
