天津广播电视大学成立于1958年，是我国第一所以广播函授为主要教学手段的远程教育高等学校，当时名为天津红专广播函授大学，学校经历了天津红专广播函授大学、天津市广播函授大学和天津广播电视大学三个阶段，正在向开放大学转型升级 。现任党委书记周志，校长张宗旺 。 建校以来，累计开设9个学科门类80个本、专科专业，共培养本专科毕业生30万人，开展非学历教育120万人，终身学习服务5200万人次。学校在校生6.8万人，其中本科生1.6万人，专科生5.2万人；教职工238人，其中高级职称占38%，硕士及以上占74% 。 学校分两校区办学，占地面积74亩，建筑面积4.8万平方米。迎水道校区主要开展各类学历教育教学和管理服务，同时为市民终身学习提供学习体验场所。海河园校区主要功能是研发制作数字化学习资源，为学习者提供远程教育支持服务和考试服务等。 学校拥有比较完备的远程教育网络、终身学习公共服务平台和终身教育资源库。依靠系统办学，形成了覆盖全市区县、街道（乡镇）、主要行业和重点企业的办学体系。 学校以“服务全民学习”为宗旨，以建设具有天津特色的开放大学为目标，坚持学历教育、非学历教育和终身学习服务协调发展，不断满足天津经济社会发展和市民学习需求，努力成为天津终身教育体系和学习型城市建设的重要载体和支撑。
The construction of family education guidance service system is of strategic importance in accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system and forming a new pattern of collaborative education of schools,families and communities.At present,there are difficulties in the construction of family education guidance service system for collaborative education of schools,families and communities,such as the domestication of school education,the socialization of family education,and the institutionalization of social education.Based on the practical experience and interview materials of family education guidance in Tianjin in recent years,and through mechanism reconstruction,resource integration,team building and platform building,we further clarify the relationship and responsibilities of school,family and community collaborative education,and promote the formation of a standardized,scientific and efficient education pattern of this collaborative education so as to provide theoretical and practical references for the implementation of family education guidance services in various regions.
The construction of credit banks around the country is in full swing. At present, in the academic circle the research on the credit bank of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development is still blank. This paper studies the credit banks in the Yangtze River Delta and Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao from both the theoretical and practical aspects, and explores the development of credit banks in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. On this basis, it puts forward the integrated development strategy of credit banks in the region, in order to promote the development of regional credit banks and improve the service level of the lifelong education system in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
College logistics service education mainly refers to the process of college library, school hospital, dormitory, canteen and departments responsible for environmental construction providing life and study guarantee for student groups. By creating a harmonious atmosphere and providing excellent services, students’ value orientation can be influenced. The logistics service education is the channel for the realization of the three comprehensive education, which can improve the concept of the three comprehensive education and broaden the direction of ideological and political education. However, due to the many problems of diligent service and education, its function is not clear enough. We combine the concepts and relationships of the three comprehensive education and logistics services, clarify their education functions, and propose corresponding education paths and ideas.
