With the more widely application of BIM Technology, Revit is used more and more frequently by companies. Steel structure and civil construction mix with each other in industrial buildings. Compared with Tekla, the professional deepening software of steel structure, Revit without steel structure system database are less applicable to steel structure treatment. In this paper, a way to create column beam parametric family is developed through the software Revit 2016,providing a reference for similar families.
