Implicit neural representation has demonstrated promising results in view synthesis for large and complex scenes. However, existing approaches either fail to capture the fast-moving objects or need to build the scene graph without camera ego-motions, leading to low-quality synthesized views of the scene. We aim to jointly solve the view synthesis problem of large-scale urban scenes and fast-moving vehicles, which is more practical and challenging. To this end, we first leverage a graph structure to learn the local scene representations of dynamic objects and the background. Then, we design a progressive scheme that dynamically allocates a new local scene graph trained with frames within a temporal window, allowing us to scale up the representation to an arbitrarily large scene. Besides, the training views of urban scenes are relatively sparse, which leads to a significant decline in reconstruction accuracy for dynamic objects. Therefore, we design a frequency auto-encoder network to encode the latent code and regularize the frequency range of objects, which can enhance the representation of dynamic objects and address the issue of sparse image inputs. Additionally, we employ lidar point projection to maintain geometry consistency in large-scale urban scenes. Experimental results demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art view synthesis accuracy, object manipulation, and scene roaming ability. The code will be open-sourced upon paper acceptance.
Recent advancements in large language models (LLMs) have shown remarkable potential in automating machine learning tasks. However, existing LLM-based agents often struggle with low-diversity and suboptimal code generation. While recent work has introduced Monte Carlo Tree Search (MCTS) to address these issues, limitations persist in the quality and diversity of thoughts generated, as well as in the scalar value feedback mechanisms used for node selection. In this study, we introduce Introspective Monte Carlo Tree Search (I-MCTS), a novel approach that iteratively expands tree nodes through an introspective process that meticulously analyzes solutions and results from parent and sibling nodes. This facilitates a continuous refinement of the node in the search tree, thereby enhancing the overall decision-making process. Furthermore, we integrate a Large Language Model (LLM)-based value model to facilitate direct evaluation of each node's solution prior to conducting comprehensive computational rollouts. A hybrid rewarding mechanism is implemented to seamlessly transition the Q-value from LLM-estimated scores to actual performance scores. This allows higher-quality nodes to be traversed earlier. Applied to the various ML tasks, our approach demonstrates a 6
World Action Models (WAMs) jointly predict future visual observations and actions, but visual futures alone often miss slip, jamming, contact-direction changes, and subtle misalign- ment in contact-rich manipulation. Tactile signals reveal these hidden physical states, yet naive tactile-token injection can disrupt visual dynamics modeling due to the limited scale of tactile data, a phenomenon we term tactile pollution. We in- troduce Tactile-WAM, which uses asymmetric attention to block video queries from tactile keys while preserving tac- tile access for action queries. A contact-change-aware bias further strengthens action attention to touch. Because tactile pixel changes do not reliably reflect contact changes, we derive Observed proxy changes drive the attention bias, while future- proxy supervision preserves action-relevant contact dynamics in predicted tactile representations. On ManiFeel, visual-path isolation reduces deviation from the RGB-only trajectory by 21.8
On-policy distillation (OPD) supervises the student exclusively in the output space by matching next-token distributions. This paradigm suffers from two limitations: (i) a high-variance gradient estimator whose signal-to-noise ratio collapses as the student approaches the teacher, and (ii) an LM-head information bottleneck that discards the teacher's intermediate hidden states. We propose On-Policy Representation Distillation (OPRD), the first method to lift on-policy distillation into the hidden-state space. OPRD aligns student and teacher representations across selected layers on the same on-policy rollouts, providing dense, deterministic, per-layer supervision while bypassing the LM head entirely. Theoretically, OPRD provides a deterministic per-sample gradient, removing the token-level estimation variance that plagues OPD, and exposes structural information that any output-space objective necessarily discards. Empirically, OPRD closes the student-teacher gap on competition mathematics benchmarks (AIME 2024, AIME 2025, and AIMO), where every output-space baseline plateaus below the teacher, while training 1.44x faster and using up to 54
Self-evolving LLM agent systems, which autonomously update their model parameters, memory, tools, and architectures, introduce a qualitatively new threat landscape in which adversarial influences become permanently encoded, self-amplify across generations, and propagate through populations without sustained attacker access. We present a systematic security and privacy analysis organized around the Module-Lifecycle Attack Surface (MLAS) matrix, which decomposes the attack surface into five functional modules (Brain, Cognitive Resource, Execution, Self-Design, Collective) × five lifecycle stages (Bootstrap, Propose, Evaluate, Commit, Serve). Analysis of the resulting 25 cells reveals that 17 face critical threats for which no effective partial mitigation. We identify seven cross-cutting amplification effects that interact synergistically and cannot be addressed by securing individual modules in isolation. Comparative case studies of two open-source frameworks demonstrate that evolution-native design activates 3.5× more attack surface cells and achieves a 100
