1Unveiling Latent Information in Transaction Hashes: Hypergraph Learning for Ethereum Ponzi Scheme Detection
Junhao Wu, Yixin Yang,Chengxiang Jin, Silu Mu, Xiaolei Qian,Jiajun Zhou,Shanqing Yu,Qi Xuan

With the widespread adoption of Ethereum, financial frauds such as Ponzi schemes have become increasingly rampant in the blockchain ecosystem, posing significant threats to the security of account assets. Existing Ethereum fraud detection methods typically model account transactions as graphs, but this approach primarily focuses on binary transactional relationships between accounts, failing to adequately capture the complex multi-party interaction patterns inherent in Ethereum. To address this, we propose a hypergraph modeling method for the Ponzi scheme detection method in Ethereum, called HyperDet. Specifically, we treat transaction hashes as hyperedges that connect all the relevant accounts involved in a transaction. Additionally, we design a two-step hypergraph sampling strategy to significantly reduce computational complexity. Furthermore, we introduce a dual-channel detection module, including the hypergraph detection channel and the hyper-homo graph detection channel, to be compatible with existing detection methods. Experimental results show that, compared to traditional homogeneous graph-based methods, the hyper-homo graph detection channel achieves significant performance improvements, demonstrating the superiority of hypergraph in Ponzi scheme detection. This research offers innovations for modeling complex relationships in blockchain data.

2PI-MLLM: Psychophysics-Inspired Multimodal Large Language Model for Oddly Satisfying Video Emotion Analysis
Yuheng Zhang,Jie Zhang,Yuecong Min, Yunwei Zhao, Meichen Liu, Qiankun Li,Shiguang Shan

Oddly Satisfying Videos (OSVs) can evoke strong viewer responses through repetitive motion, visual tactility, and ASMR-like sounds despite containing few explicit semantic emotion cues. This makes OSVs a challenging setting for Video Emotion Analysis (VEA), since most existing methods focus on semantic video content and under-model the physical sensory dynamics that shape viewer responses. To support Oddly Satisfying Video Emotion Analysis (OSVEA), we construct the Oddly Satisfying Video Dataset (OSVD), comprising 12,000 annotated 5-second clips. Each clip provides viewer-emotion labels under video-only, audio-only, and audio-visual conditions, together with explanations grounded in visual and acoustic sensory evidence. Building on OSVD, we propose PI-MLLM, a psychophysics-inspired multimodal large language model that integrates Modality-Specific Dynamics Alignment (MSDA) and Coalition-Based Audio-Visual Attribution (CAVA). MSDA uses auxiliary prediction objectives to align modality representations with visual motion and acoustic energy-onset dynamics. CAVA evaluates emotion scores across modality coalitions and applies Shapley attribution to identify the dominant modality and determine whether visual and auditory evidence is synergistic or conflicting. Experiments show that PI-MLLM improves both viewer-side emotion prediction and sensory-grounded explanation quality, suggesting the value of physical sensory cues to video emotion analysis.

3APTSniffer: Detecting APT Attack Traffic Using Retrieval-Augmented Large Language Models
    Hongbo Xu,Chengxiang Si,Zhouzhou,Chenxu Wang,Peishuai Sun,Qingyun Liu

Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) differ from traditional attacks by using more complex and covert strategies for long-term assaults, posing a severe threat to organizational and national security. Due to problems like the shortage of APT traffic data and encrypted traffic obfuscation, existing methods cannot accurately identify APT traffic with just a few traffic samples. To overcome the above limitation, we propose a novel encrypted APT traffic detection model, APTSniffer, which combines large language models (LLM) and retrieval-augmented technology. APTSniffer utilizes the few-shot inference and generalization abilities of large language models by converting raw traffic data into natural language inference examples understandable by the LLM. Experimental results show that, compared to other baseline models, APTSniffer exhibits SOTA performance. It achieves F1 scores above 97% on three APT datasets, making it practically applicable for APT traffic detection tasks.

4TRACE: A Robust Framework for Malicious Traffic Detection with Noisy Labels
    Yitong Cai,Chengwei Peng,Shu Li,Yuyi Liu,Hongfei Zhang,Binxing Fang

Deep learning-based malicious traffic detection requires large-scale, accurately labeled datasets. However, realistic malicious traffic datasets contain noisy labels due to annotation errors, which can degrade the performance of detection models. Existing methods for handling noisy labels involve robust training or data cleaning. However, both approaches risk excluding hard samples from model update, leading to suboptimal decision boundaries and reduced classification performance. To this end, we introduce TRACE, a novel framework that leverages multi-loss optimization to induce robust traffic representations while utilizing all samples. TRACE utilizes a one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D CNN) with multi-head attention to generate fine-grained traffic representations. Then, TRACE employs multi-loss optimization to enhance representation robustness, ensuring representation integrity and class separability, thereby laying the foundation for effective decision boundaries. The experimental results on two public datasets demonstrate that TRACE achieves an accuracy of 88.3% and an F1-score of 81% with 90% label noise, outperforming the state-of-the-art methods.

5Evaluating Cognitive-Behavioral Fixation Via Multimodal User Viewing Patterns on Social Media
    Yujie Wang,Yunwei Zhao,Jing Yang, Han,Shiguang Shan,Jie Zhang

Digital social media platforms frequently contribute to cognitive-behavioral fixation, a phenomenon in which users exhibit sustained and repetitive engagement with narrow content domains. While cognitive-behavioral fixation has been extensively studied in psychology, methods for computationally detecting and evaluating such fixation remain underexplored. To address this gap, we propose a novel framework for assessing cognitive-behavioral fixation by analyzing users' multimodal social media engagement patterns. Specifically, we introduce a multimodal topic extraction module and a cognitive-behavioral fixation quantification module that collaboratively enable adaptive, hierarchical, and interpretable assessment of user behavior. Experiments on existing benchmarks and a newly curated multimodal dataset demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach, laying the groundwork for scalable computational analysis of cognitive fixation. All code in this project is publicly available for research purposes at https://github.com/Liskie/cognitive-fixation-evaluation.
