Working glove is mfd. by fitting a fibre-made glove on a dipping hand block and dipping its palm portion and lower surface of its five finger portions in a stock soln. of rubber latex but not its back portion or upper surfaces of its finger portions. The glove is heated to semi-vulcanise the latex before removing it from the block and immersing it in water or warm water to swell and soften the semi-vulcanised rubber coat. It is then fitted on a setting hand block having a thumb portion projecting considerably beyond the palm portion and the other four finger portions curved towards the palm portion and heated to complete vulcanisation of the rubber.

USE/ADVANTAGE -Working glove is of the type in which only the palm and lower surfaces of the finger portions including the tips are coated with rubber, the backs of the gloves remaining air permeable to enhance comfort if worn for a long time. Because final vulcanisation of the latex coating is accomplished on a block having the same natural shape of human hand, i.e., the thumb projecting beyond the palm, the glove fits the hand, feels comfortable, provides ease of working, and does not tire the hand when worn for a long ti

在压力调节器11处调节压力到0.03MPa(0.3巴)。
