为消除或控制烟叶碎屑投料及布料过程中产生的烟灰粉尘污染,在烟叶碎屑离线加工回收生产线的前置部分,设计人工喂料平台、物料均布装置及烟灰粉尘的负压除尘输送等措施.应用表明,该方案不仅喂料高效、快捷,而且能及时消除烟叶碎屑投料及布料过程中产生的烟灰粉尘,有利于后续工序除尘及控制污染、提升无尘生产水平和工作环境质量等,对改善员工工作环境有明显实效.
设计梗丝松散和均布装置,安装于原生产线梗丝柜出口运输带与下游梗丝出料运输带之间,梗丝通过输入带输送到松散辊组件中央,通过驱动链轮带动换向器和松散辊组件实现梗丝松散和均匀布料,并输出到梗丝出料输出带上,既不增加烟丝物料造碎,又可降低梗丝储存后出柜的结团率,提高了梗丝参配均匀性和稳定性.

Cigarette factory has great building area and great interior depth.Considering the technology and visual work, plant requires high indoor light environment. Taking a joint tobacco redrying factory in Yunnan province as an example, the Ecotect is utilized to build architectural models of the original lighting design, import into the Desktop Radiance to calculate the daylighting factor, analyze shortcomings in the o-riginal design, proposing the optimization suggestions of natural daylighting design. The optimization effects on interior lighting and air conditioning energy consumption are expounded, providing performance parame-ters recommended for natural lighting product. Both study and application ideas of natural light simulation and analysis technology in cigarette factory design are explored.
为解决碎烟片的匀速及定量添加问题,设计其螺旋输送装置.通过求出碎烟片的平均密度及其在料斗材料面上的下滑临界角设计梯形料斗,设计专用的联轴器链接螺旋轴和减速电机,选定电机转速、充填系数、螺旋轴上的螺距及其螺旋公称直径,按JB/T7679-2008标准校验符合要求的碎烟片输出量.应用表明,该装置具有维修方便、定量添加碎烟片准确等特点.
The design,manufacture and inspection of the surface are difficulty in manufacturing industry,and it influences the development of tobacco machines.The inspection of profile of the tobacco machine parts is one of the high technology.The inspecting technique of data files is suggested in the reversing engineering of the machine parts in the paper.The principle and application will be expounded with the disk-shaped cam and cylindrical cam;it is compared with the profile data files of the products in the reversing engineering,the relative evaluation of the profile deviation of cams can be rapidly accomplished,and it can be used in the quality test and control in reversing engineering.The principle can be applied to the precession research in metrology engineering and mechanic manufacture.
To complete the surface tests of 3D profile with CMM, based on tip compensation, the equiangular graduated measurement and equidistance graduated measurement are suggested. By canceling tip compensation, 4 points on the surface are measured. A miniature triangle can be constructed on the surface by picking up 3 points from the 4 points, this projection in XOY plane is a correctitude triangle, and the other point is the center of gravity projecting in the correctitude triangle plane. The position of the tip center as the target can be setup, this is called first method. The other method is calculating the gravity center of the miniature triangle as the target. Then, the normal vector of the miniature triangle can be calculated, the surface can be measured using the vector and tip compensation technology. The height of the correctitude triangle will be discussed according to the experiment on standard-sphere test. Using the program designed with the DEAPPL language, the 8 data files of 4 curves of the surface can be rapidly created, these files can be used in the reverse engineering, metrology verification, and the analysis study and improvement of the surface. Experiment on testing the standard-sphere of U.K. was carried out; the measurement result is highly accurate, with the average deviation of 0.001 mm, and standard deviation of 0.002 mm. The proposed method can be applied in the measurement of space rotation surfaces and 3D profile design and manufacture of the spare parts in high-speed tobacco machine; it also can be used in the reverse engineering and metrology verification in our mechanical manufacture, and provide a new method for testing space rotation surface and 3D profile.
Researching on the application of the Median Theorem of LAGRANGE, realizes the reverse engineering of 2D curve, the equidistance-graduated measurement is suggested. The Median Theorem will be applied to determining the normal vector of the point on parabola and then using the technology of tip compensation to measure the parabola accurately. Based on the theorem, the programs can be designed in the DEAPPL language in the CMM, Which can be applied to the automatic measuring of the 2D curves by choosing the appropriate equidistance-d. The created date flies can be entered to CAD/CAM. It shows that the programs can precisely scan the two-dimension curves according to the experiment on the test standard-sphere of U.K, for example, apply to the slut-curved surface of disk-shaped cam of tobacco machines. The Theorem of Mean integrated occasionally with the parabola equation in the metrology engineering, It will establish the fundamental of the inspection and plotting of the parabola and may be applied to scanning the precise and complex 2D curves of the spare part of tobacco machine, as well as manufacture, such as the design and inspection of high-speed cigarette machine parts.
It is introduced that the designed program based on the equiangular graduated measurement in CMM shall be used in the automatic measuring of the cylindrical cam profile,The cam profile creased in CAD/CAM shall be discussed,and then,the principle of manufacture and inspection can be analyzed.
Based on analysis of circumstances of China Tobacco enterprise, it presents the technology of CMM and CAD/CAM in manufacturing spare parts of tobacco machines, realizes the reverse engineering and the programming of the measuring complex curve surface. The application of manufacturing information engineering in China Tobacco enterprise will develop homemade spare parts and promote the technologies of cigarettes manufacturing.
