阐述了铁路现场钢轨打磨现状,针对存在问题设计了多角度机器人钢轨打磨机,组合运用MATLAB编辑算法和仿真软件V-REP以实现可视化仿真,通过现场试验和既有线试验,与人工打磨机对比打磨后的廓形偏差(GQI)和钢轨粗糙度(GRI)等数据,验证了机器人打磨机的性能.
传统点焊钳加压模块多使用气动加压、液动加压和脚踏式加压,存在压力不稳定、噪音大、自动化程度低等缺点.电源模块多使用次级整流电源、三相低频电源和单相工频电源,存在功率因素低、对网路冲击大、模块体积大等缺点.本文设计的伺服点焊钳针对以上问题,采用STM32单片机作为控制核心,加压模块采用伺服电机产生扭矩,电源模块采用三相逆变电源,提高了焊接的质量.此外还设计了友好的人机界面,提高了焊钳的智能化和焊接效率.
介绍了一种X射线管测试台的脉冲参数波形采集系统.FPGA控制高速ADC对测试台高压电源上电瞬间X射线管多项参数进行采集,将采集的数据通过网络端口上传给LabVIEW上位机软件,然后进行数据解析、优化处理,将波形呈现出来,进而获得X射线管的各项出厂指标.实验结果表明,该系统功能完善,性能可靠,具有很好的应用和借鉴意义.
针对2×2对称毛细管节流气浮工作台模型,运用Fluent数值仿真软件分析得到气膜区压力及速度分布、质量流量和承载力等特性,分析毛细管节流器间距、结构参数和供气压力对气浮工作台特性的影响.结果表明:不同节流器间距分布对质量流量影响不大,承载力随节流器间距增大而增大;节流器弯折角度变化对质量流量、承载力和静刚度影响不显著;质量流量和承载力随供气压力的增加而增加.分析结果为设计优化气浮工作台和实际工程需要提供了仿真数据参考.
针对基板检测输送平台的运动控制器昂贵且维护难等问题,提出基于STM32F4微控制器的基板检测输送平台运动控制器设计.该设计采用高性能MCU给控制系统提供强大的运算资源和丰富的通信接口,为电机的精确控制提供保证,同时该微控制器丰富的IO资源充分满足该平台的多开关量检测和控制;采用模块化的设计简化了控制系统的硬件结构,这便于后期的维护和升级.最后提出了一种气缸同步控制的方案并在MATLAB下仿真得到验证.相对于目前市场上的运动控制器,该设计在实现基板检测输送平台精确控制的同时,有效地降低了控制器的成本和控制系统的体积.

螺钉在日常生活和工业中随处可见,具有操作简易、智能、高效特点的自动锁丝机被广泛使用;新的技术原理不断应用于自动锁丝机中,螺钉送到位与否是影响锁丝成功的一个重要因素.针对气动式螺钉输送提出一种利用压差进行螺钉送到位检测的方法,进行了理论计算分析.结果表明:在其它条件不变情况下,螺钉帽与输送管间隙影响被测量压力的大小,利用压差法进行螺钉到位检测方法是可行的.
With its higher resolution, high frequency ultrasound has been widely applied in the clinical study of Ophthalmology, Dermatology, etc. and the preclinical study of small animals to realize the noninvasive, dynamic and realtime imaging of the living tissue. Array and single element probes are two major kinds of high frequency probes. The highfrequency array probe is complicated in structure, hard in manufacture and expensive in price while the single element probe is comparatively simpler, easier, cheaper, plus better in resolution. This paper presents a new design of a high speed mechanical sector scanning device based on single element high frequency ultrasound, expounding its structure, principle and advantages in detail and forecasting its application prospect.
Water temperature monitoring system is designed for measuring the geotextile horizontal permeability and reducing the measuring error caused by temperature change. By using MCU controlled DS18B20 to collect temperature signals and communicating via a serial port with a PC, this design implements operating functions such as temperature displaying, curve drawing, database managing, temperature alarming, temperature controlling with heating and cooling equipment started by relay ℃switch. The predetermined precision of 0.01 can be achieved through laboratory simulation temperature measurement, and other functions will also be realized such as database connection, query, display, curve drawing, etc. This system will meet the preliminary requirements of a stable, reliable, and precise water temperature control with strong anti-interference ability.

Automatic correction system of the laminating machine is main used to output the deviation calculation and deviation data of the X,Y,R direction of the acquired images.Firstly,in the thesis,laminating machine automatic correction system has been designed,and collected images has been preprocessed by the automatic correction system.After that we use the Hough transform to carry out angle detection of the image.Interpolation and image registration algorithm of phase correlation have been used in displacement deviation calculation.Finally is the system calibration.By transmitting the offset data to the control computer,It is easy to achieving precise positioning of the laminated slices.
