随着马克思主义剩余价值哲学的研究与建立取得初步进展,辩证唯物主义、历史唯物主义与剩余价值哲学这三者的关系,已成为亟待探索和澄清的一个重要课题.应从研究建立剩余价值哲学的实际应用入手:首先,从基本范畴、基本矛盾和人性范畴的确立,理解辩证唯物主义的对立统一规律、量变质变规律和否定之否定规律;其次,从唯物史观的继承与发展,理解历史唯物主义的历史观;再次,从剩余价值哲学的两个基本范畴和两对基本矛盾,理解马克思主义哲学的本体论特征;最后在此基础上,将辩证唯物主义、历史唯物主义和剩余价值哲学,理解为马克思主义哲学的方法论、认识论和本体论.
传统世界地图于明朝万历十二年(1584年)由西方传教士在广东肇庆绘制,并从此传入我国,距今已有400多年的历史.我国地处东、北半球,但是,我国现行的世界地图适用于表达中国与东半球的地理关系,却不适用于表达中国与北半球的地理关系;而国际上通行的传统世界地图适用于表达东、西半球的地理关系,其投影方法采用经线分割地球仪,是一种“经向世界地图”.与“经向世界地图”对应的是“纬向世界地图”,其投影方法采用纬线分割地球仪,适用于表达南、北半球的地理关系.为了准确和完整地表达中国与东、西、南、北半球的地理关系,项目组于2000-2002年提出并成功实施了“双经双纬”的设计方案:新编世界地图一套四种,“东半球版”和“西半球版”为“经向世界地图”,“北半球版”和“南半球版”为“纬向世界地图”.
以晚清藏南地区地图编制的历史状况为纽带,重现当时的地图绘制者在藏南地区地图编制中存放的意图;梳理多种藏南地图的表达方式,探索晚清时期中国版图之中印边界在地图中表达的状况,以及对当时中国地图上藏南地名标注的影响,从历史的角度认清地图对于国家领土主权宣示的重要性.
《<资本论>(哲学卷)手稿——马克思主义剩余价值哲学提纲》初步建立了以剩余价值哲学为核心的马克思主义哲学体系.该书从“马克思主义哲学的起点”“商品生产与人的关系”“人的本质概念”“剩余价值概念”“按需分配概念”“社会基本矛盾”“人道主义问题”“《资本论》的文本属性”“马克思两大发现的关系”和“马克思主义理论的运用”这10个理论难题的破解,以及以剩余价值为核心,提出《资本论》前三卷可阐述为政治经济学(剩余价值学说)、第四卷可阐述为史学(剩余价值学说史)、第五卷可阐述为哲学(剩余价值哲学),既展现了我国学者续写《资本论》的可能,也是研究构建马克思主义剩余价值哲学,彰显当代中国哲学自信的有益尝试.
围绕中国民政部正式公布第一批增补藏南地区公开使用的六个地名这一重大事件,阐述了地名与国家主权的关系,并通过列举诸多地名使用与国家主权关系的案例,阐述了一个地方的地名由哪个国家和民族命名,其含义是什么,都需根据“名从主人”的国际惯例,是确认领土主权的一个重要标志.探寻查证了中国民政部正式公布的六个地名的历史渊源和相关背景,尤其是对地名所反映的地理环境、民族风俗、文化渊源以及历史上某些地域与中央政府行政隶属关系等历史事件做出了详细的阐述,为中国对藏南地区的领土主张提供了更多的有着明显历史人文和明确行政管辖的依据.
从1987年《对所谓"马克思主义普遍价值概念定义"的否证》公开发表起,研究建立马克思主义剩余价值哲学经历了30年的学术历程,从起始对所谓"普遍价值概念定义"的"破",一步一步走向剩余价值哲学的"立".首先从"劳动力价值等同于生活资料价值"和"不变资本与可变资本"这两个传统观念取得突破,然后延续列宁和卢卡奇这两位哲学巨人的思想方法,进而提出了马克思主义哲学的两个基本范畴和两对社会基本矛盾,再由两个基本范畴和两对基本矛盾形成了剩余价值哲学的本体论以及范畴体系.剩余价值哲学有"劳动力价值二重性""剩余价值二重性""分工与分配基本矛盾""剩余价值哲学历史观"等10个创新学术观点.
In this study,we firstly present two methods:Precise Point Positioning (PPP) algorithm and Point Velocity Determination (PVD) algorithm which suit processing high-rate GPS data,then evaluate the precision of its estimations by simulated static experiment.PPP can achieve three-dimensional kinematic coordinates,of which the RMS is 4.2 mm,4.7 mm,7.3 mm,respectively;PVD can obtain three-dimensional velocity,of which the RMS is 2.2 mm/s,1.8 rnm/s,4.3 mm/s,respectively.We also analyzed the high rate GPS data and strong motion data collected in two close stations which are 60 km far away from the epicenter during the Mexico Baja California Ms 7.2 earthquake occurred on 4th April,2010,and estimated the time series of position and velocity;the high rate GPS time series are highly consistent with the integrated results of the nearby strong motion.The experiment reveals that high-rate GPS can capture the seismic wave effectively.Besides,it is not easily affected by the instrument tilts and also does not contain any integration biases.As a consequence,high-rate GPS is becoming an important means to monitor the earthquake and related crustal displacement.In conclusion,each method has its own pros and cons in monitoring the earthquake.PPP can obtain permanent displacement caused by strong earthquake,while PVD can detect seismic wave signals in real time with higher precision.
There are few place name in the south Tibet since 1958,this article links the historical condition of Chinese map in the south Tibet,searches related historical fact,reproduces the communication between two countries introduced by south Tibet map and points out that 1958 is the turning point year of Chinese map blank in the south Tibet.Besides,we also analysis the main reason of the way drawing the south Tibet map at that time and the influences of tagging place name in the map after that time.After that,one can recognize that the importance of map to the national territorial rights,and promote the work of tagging place name in the south Tibet.
A New Map of the People’s Republic of China was discovered through investigating a large number of historical maps. This map was published in April 1951, both continuous national boundary line and administrative region line were applied in this map to represent China’s national U shaped boundary line (U-boundary) in the South China Sea (SCS). It is an important historical material that supports the U-boundary line is the border of China’s South China Sea. This is the first research of this newly-discovered map. In the map, the U-boundary in the SCS (SCS U-boundary) is not only presented by a continuous boundary map symbol (·>—— —— This New Map of the People’s Republic of China was edited by the Guanghua and Geosciences Club and was published by SDX Joint Publishing Company. The continuous U-line in this map clearly shows the accurate boundaries of China’s border in the SCS. It is an important historical map that clearly proves the U-boundary line is the border of China’s territorial sea in the SCS. Moreover, the red solid administrative-line overlaying the U-boundary definitely indicated that the sovereignty of the sea within the U-boundary belonged to China. The regions of the SCS U-boundary include Dongsha Islands, Xisha Islands, Nansha Islands, Zhongsha Islands, Taiwan Island, Beibu Gulf and the Zengmu Reef. This study compared maps of historical U-line which were published before 1951, and also analyzed the domestic and international maritime situation, and drawing methods of the maritime boundary lines in the history. The results show that “the continuous line” was recognized by the international community in the corresponding historical period, and both the “intermittent (dotted) line” and “the continuous line” are appropriate descriptions and drawing-methods for the sea boundary in historical period. Analysis of six maps, including the historical maps and the latest vertical world map, showed that the territory of U-boundary line inherited the territory of China’s SCS in the “South China Sea Island Map” that was officially published and recognized worldwide in 1948. This study recommends using “the South China Sea U-Shape boundary line” (SCS U-boundary) to describe the border of China’s sea in SCS. “SCS U-boundary” not only emphasizes the U shape borderline of China’s sea in the SCS, but also can be easily expressed and remembered worldwide. Using “SCS U-boundary” is a better way to avoid problems of “number” and “number of segments”, and can further express the certainty of the integrity, continuity and border of the China’s seas in the SCS as well. In summary, the study points out: (1) SCS U-boundary is the border of China’s sea in the SCS, and its sovereignty belongs to China; (2) both “continuous U-boundary line” and “intermittent U-boundary line” are internationally recognized to describe sea borders; (3) “SCS U-boundary” is more vividly, accurately, completely and scientifically to characterize China’s sea border in the SCS.
新编竖版世界地势图摒弃以往的传统模式,采用全数字化高程数据计算生成陆地和海底地形,生动地表达了世界地势的总体地貌格局.讨论了浅海域在世界地势图上的表达方式,介绍了世界浅海域在新编世界地图上的表达特征,统计了世界主要浅海域的基本信息,并给出了“世界浅海域一览表”.
在研究建立马克思主义剩余价值哲学的同时,提出马克思主义的"123"与"345"这两个概念;而这两个概念的成立,又离不开对唯物史观的继承与发展和对"什么是历史"的两点认识,即历史是历史本身,历史是自己的历史.马克思主义的"123"明确了传统马克思主义理论的"一个任务"、"两大发现"和"三个来源",而马克思主义的"345"则明确了继承、发展和创新马克思主义理论的"三个性质"、"四个离不开"和最终形成"资本论第五卷".
针对《世界地图》上的附图问题,该文通过对我国不同时期的《世界地图》所配附图的比较分析,并根据新编《世界地图》的特点,提出了新编《世界地图》附图“北冰洋地区”“南大洋地区”“太平洋地区”和“大西洋地区”的设计方案,明确了世界地图上附图的表达与世界地图的投影方式及其表示的专题内容相关联,解决了主图投影变形较大区域的局限性问题,进一步充实细化了地图内容.
长期以来,有人习惯于将占有“剩余价值”等同于“剥削”,这是一种误区。随着社会生产力的不断发展,资本生产的内容、形式和性质都发生了本质变化,生产工具已不再仅仅是可变资本,而是劳动者创造价值和财富的重要手段;劳动力已由“特殊商品”转化为“一般商品”,其价值已不能直接与劳动者的生活消耗品相等同;剩余价值的性质不能再完全诉诸生产力的性质,而必须考虑生产资料所有制和生产关系,因而就不能未经反思地将资本生产等同为剥削。跟“剩余价值”要领对立互逆的“按需分配”概念,如果仅从经济学角度理解是一个相对消极的概念:“按需分配”之“需”无法确切界定,“按需分配”容易跟“不劳而获”相伴随;“按需分配”易与“按劳分配”发生概念冲实;“按需分配”易产生不思进取思想,“按需分配”易产生社会食利阶层。其实,按需分配绝非一个消极范畴,而是充满积极色彩;它并不是社会主义初级阶段的分配制度,而是未来共产主义社会的分配制度;奠立于更高社会生产力发展水平的按需分配,将会扬弃人与人、人与社会的矛盾和对立,真正实现人的发展与社会发展的辩证统一。
介绍了新编世界地图的基本概念,以及近年来出版与应用的概况.根据“一带一路”思想的要点和新编世界地图的特征,以新编世界地图(西半球版)为蓝本,编制出“一带一路世界地图(海陆丝绸之路)”,以新编世界地图(北半球版)为蓝本,编制出“一带一路世界地图(空中丝绸之路)”,并对“海陆丝绸之路”与“空中丝绸之路”在新编世界地图上的表达方式进行了说明和探讨,为促进“一带一路”战略思想实施和加强读者对“一带一路”的理解做出实际贡献.
There is a significant 6-year oscillation signal (called 6-year signal in this paper) existing in the interannual variations of length of day (LOD). It is unclear to understand its nature variation features. This paper extracts quantitatively the 6-year signal, from 1962~2012, using normal Morlet wavelet (NMWT) method combining wavelet packet and Fourier analysis technique, for the first time, and we investigate it in both time and frequency domains. The results indicate that the amplitude of a 6-year signal shows a long-term decreasing trend and the total amplitude reduction is about 0.05 ms during the past 50 years. The ratio of above reduction to the mean amplitude of 0.124 ms reaches 40 %. For interpreting the phenomenon on the above long-term decreasing trend, this paper proposes two alternatives; however, there is still no firm conclusion and it is required to be further explored.
自上世纪80年代起,笔者对马克思主义哲学的价值理论进行了长达30年的持续研究,提出了“马克思主义剩余价值哲学”这一关键性命题和研究纲领,并逐步建立了剩余价值哲学本体论和哲学体系的基本框架。采用剩余价值哲学的基本概念和哲学方法对“社会基本矛盾”问题进行解读,可以看出随着社会生产力的发展和物质的极大丰富,社会基本矛盾从“人与物的矛盾”向“人与人的矛盾”发展和转变的必然逻辑,以及“人民内部矛盾”与“人性矛盾”的本质区别和理论关系。
继第一届中俄地震监测预测学术研讨会(2013年10月·武汉)之后,由中国地质大学(武汉)主办和欧美同学基金会协办的“第二届中俄地震监测预测学术研讨会”(Second Sino-Russian Symposium on Earthquake Monitoring and Prediction)于2015年5月18-19日在武汉召开.本次会议共收到论文60余篇,涉及地震前兆监测、地震预测、地震机理、地震区划和灾害风险评估等方面,共有44篇论文在会上进行了交流.
