《社会主义从空想到科学的发展》是由恩格斯的论战性学术著作《反杜林论》修改整理而来的,是一部宣传、普及科学社会主义理论的著作.从《社会主义从空想到科学的发展》的出场来看,它是为世界无产阶级认识科学社会主义理论、辨别其他社会主义思想而作,既是一本改编的论战类学术性著作,又是一本面向群众宣传的通俗性著作.该书引入中国虽具有引入主体成员复杂、译介目的各异、引入内容对错夹杂以及不完整等问题,但其在中国的传播符合中国面临救亡图存的现实困境和知识分子渴望了解科学社会主义理论的时代需求,其所阐释的唯物史观和科学社会主义思想使中国人初步认识了科学社会主义理论,让更多人了解了马克思主义,进而找到了救国救民的正确道路.

English royal urban planning policies could be found from its building proclamations in modern London.Elizabeth I began to prohibit new buildings by issuing proclamations,and James I turned to focus on construction quality and construction standards.Later on Charles I followed and deepened his predecessors' urban policies,and the three kings failed in controlling the expansion of London.As a mirror,the building proclamation exposed the issues of urban environment,urban planning and social management in early modern London.
Based on antenna far-field test theory,taking an illustration example into account,the applicability of microwave anechoic chamber and slanting antenna test ground is analyzed.By analyzing the data of far-field patterns of a two-ridge horn antenna got on two antenna test grounds,the characteristics and law of antenna far-field test influence caused by two different antenna test grounds are got,and some instructive suggestions are also given for practical use.
从传统农业向现代农业的转型是18世纪末以来全球经济市场化发展进程中一个重要的问题。英国在18———19世纪的议会圈地中成就了世界上第一个现代农业经济体。但英国在议会圈地以前的敞田农业经济却不像许多人所认为的那样缺乏经济绩效。本文从产权经济学的视域重新探讨这一问题,分析了敞田农业的合理性及其瓦解的内在原因。
英国是第一个成功完成农业现代化转型的国家,其传统的敞田村社在近现代的土地流转操作中,以圈地的形式比较好地解决了农地资源的市场化配置。尤其在议会圈地形式下的土地流转公共决策,既让各种土地利益相关者有序地进行了民主参与决策,同时兼顾了村庄社群的公共利益,还增强了公权力(议会)的权威,保障了农村社会的稳定发展。这对我国当前汲取发达国家的现代化经验以构建完善的土地流转机制富有启示意义。
The Geshi(poetry) of Vietnam is a product of the combination of the Chinese traditional music culture with the Vietnamese local one.Still circulating in Vietnam has a large number of ancient Chinese poetry literature,as well as Taoniang songs has represented a variery of characteristics of Vietnam,the Vietnamese national poem song.The Taoniang songs' lyrics in various forms to Vietnam Metrical Poetry-six-eight style as the main body,generally based on lyrics following music,mostly filled in Chinese classical poetry,among which the Tang poetry.That the Tang poetry into Taoniang songs could be divided into three cases: complete original Tang poetry,poetry in Vietnam translation,and musicians or geishas processing Tang poetry,matched into the tunes to performance.It would give provide a new and broader perspective with reference to research on Chinese traditional poetry with Vietnam Geshi performance way,art forms,features of popular culture and as a reflection of the profound traditional Chinese culture.
清末新政的深入为警政的发展提供了契机,袁世凯在直隶仿效西法创办警政,一是进行警察队伍的建设,包括警察种类的多样化、各种类警察人员的构成和专业的警察教育训练;二是警察职能的划定和职责守章的拟定;三是警察机构的设立和管辖范围的确立。袁氏的警政建设路径,在当时的清末社会无疑是最全面且最有效的,被视为中国近代警察建设的典范和中国警察建设的真正开端。正是他在直隶的成功试验,使得清政府摸索到发展现代警政的有效路径。
清末早期改良派的警政思想,对警察创立、警察职能和作用做了初步的探索和介绍,为警政在中国的实践提出了初步的构想,是我国最早的、比较系统的警政理论。警政思想为戊戌维新派在湖南试办警政以及庚子之后清政府办理警政提供了实践先导,具有一定的历史进步意义。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the immune effects of three different programs for revaccination among adults of non- and hypo-responders to recombinant Hepatitis B vaccine. METHODS Those who were once immunized with recombinant Hepatitis B vaccine more than one standard schedule (0, 1, and 6 months) in two years and negative for Hepatitis B markers were randomly given three-different projects for revaccination. 34 adults of A group were given GM-CSF 300 microg by subcutaneous injection for the first day, then 10 microg each time by intramuscular route for routine immune method. 33 adults of B group were given Hepatitis B vaccine 20 microg each time. 33 adults of C group were given Hepatitis B vaccine 10 microg each time. The blood samples were collected before the first injection and in 1, 2 and 8 months following the first injection to test Anti-HBs. RESULTS At T1, the anti-HBs positive conversion rate of group A, B and C was 26.47%, 48.48% and 18.18% respectively (chi-2 = 7.20, P = 0.027). At T8, the anti-HBs positive conversion rate of group A (64.71%) and group B (75.76%) were higher than group C (39.39%), and there was significant difference (chi-2 = 9.07, P = 0.011). At T1, the anti-HBs level of group B (417.00 +/- 69.36) was higher than that of group A (203.74 +/- 79.56). At T2, the anti-HBs level of group B (458.17 +/- 64.09) was higher than that of group C (257.86 +/- 76.60). At T8, the anti-HBs level of group A (501.48 +/- 70.00) and group B (532.73 +/- 68.82) were higher than those of group C (256.12 +/- 75.39) (t =4.27, P = 0.0173). CONCLUSION Schemes of augmentation doses of Hepatitis B vaccine and being combined with GM-CSF should be in effect for non- and hypo-responders to Hepatitis B vaccine.
Integrating millimeter wave test equipments is an important approach for improving the test-efficiency and insu- ring the accuracy of test datum.We designed the test and control software of millimeter wave test system based on Lab- VIEW and NI-VISA by means of GPIB bus using SCPI instruction set and drives provided by the instruments.The paper briefly introduced the structure and main functions of the test and control software,and especially discussed the realiza- tion method of some key parts-the control software,the test software,database management and the test paper.The soft- ware realized the functions of the control of the measuring instruments,data acquisition,treating,saving and printing,and has already been used successfully in the work.The design method can provides important reference for developing simi- lar test system.
With the numerical calculation of radar cross section(RCS) of a perfectly conductive circular cylinder in free space as an example,the application of FVTD(Finite Volume in Time Domain) in Computational Electromagnetism(CEM) is discussed.The RCS values under the different scattering conditions are calculated and thoroughly analyzed.The results show that the calculated RCS has very good agreement with the theoretical value.
