In order to reduce the discharged quantity of NOx and PM from motor vehicle,SCR disposal technology,taking the urea solution as the reducing agent,will be widely used in mode of after-treating the discharged tail gas from motor vehicle,so it gave the urea used for motor vehicle a good foreground.Author has introduced the role and the reaction principle of the urea solution in the SCR system;has briefly described the preparing process of urea used for motor vehicle;has analyzed the present application prospect for the SCR disposal technology and the market foreground for urea used for motor vehicle;has presented the developing suggestion for urea used for motor vehicle.Result indicates that 100L diesel oil requires to consume 4L urea solution in case of adopting SCR technology,if SCR technology will be fully applied,the demand of urea used for motor vehicle will be reached to 4 ~ 7 million t / a.
