We report here 39 novel HLA alleles identified in bone marrow donors from the Russian State Bone Marrow Registry: 10 HLA-A, 6 HLA-B, 13 HLA-C, 4 HLA-DRB1 and 6 HLA-DQB1 alleles. They have been officially named by the World Health Organization Nomenclature Committee for Factors of the HLA System in July 2025.
