[目的]探究大片刨花形态对可饰面定向刨花板力学性能的影响,为可饰面定向刨花板的生产原料筛选提供依据.[方法]以杨木大片刨花为试验材料,以刨花板力学性能为考察指标,选择大片刨花长度(70~230 mm)、宽度(10~58 mm)、厚度(0.3~1.1 mm)为影响因素,通过单因素试验研究刨花三维尺寸对所制备可饰面定向刨花板静曲强度(MOR)和内结合强度(IB)的影响,在此基础上运用Box-Behnken响应面法,以可饰面定向刨花板的静曲强度和内结合强度为响应值,以刨花的长(110,150和190 mm)、宽(34,46和58 mm)、厚(0.3,0.5和0.7 mm)3个因素为自变量,设计三因素三水平正交旋转组合试验,对大片刨花三维尺寸组合进行优选.[结果]单因素试验表明,大片刨花三维尺寸对板材的力学性能均有较大影响.大片刨花长度为150和110 mm时,板材的静曲强度、内结合强度分别达到最大值,为17.61和0.63 MPa;大片刨花宽度为46和34 mm时,板材的静曲强度、内结合强度分别达到最大值,为17.05和0.67 MPa;大片刨花厚度为0.5和0.7 mm时,板材的静曲强度、内结合强度分别达到最大值,为24.65和0.62 MPa.三因素三水平正交旋转组合优化试验表明,静曲强度和内结合强度回归模型的拟合系数R2分别为0.991 5和0.944 3,大片刨花长度和厚度对静曲强度的影响分别达极显著水平(P<0.01)和显著水平(P<0.05),对内结合强度的影响均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);交互作用分析表明,大片刨花长度与厚度、宽度与厚度的交互作用均对静曲强度有显著影响(P<0.05),长度与厚度的交互作用对内结合强度有显著影响(P<0.05)o[结论]最优的大片刨花形态参数为长140 mm、宽40 mm、厚0.5 mm,在该条件下制备的可饰面定向刨花板的静曲强度为20.31 MPa,内结合强度为0.49 MPa.

楸树是我国原产树种,具有丰富的价值,由于其自花不育实生繁殖较为困难.组织培养为楸树的基因工程提供了基础,可在短时间内获得幼稚的大规模苗木.为扩大楸树的生产应用,本文从外植体的的选取,初代芽诱导、增殖培养、生根等方面的研究现状进行了概述,旨在为快速建立楸树的高效组培繁育体系技术提供参考.
流态化反应器广泛应用于生物质快速热解工艺中,但流程中的流化气加热和急冷需要消耗大量能量,研究在年处理量1250 t的中试流程基础上,根据液相产物的沸点分布和高温气相产物露点分析,提出间壁式冷却与接触式冷凝两级冷凝方案,并通过对关键过程的能级分析,结合物料和热量衡算,提出优化的热量回收流程.新流程在不凝气燃烧供给反应热量的基础上,进一步利用一级冷凝放出的热量151.55 MJ/h,占总供热量20%,提高了生产流程热效率,优化后流程可实现热量自给,为生产提供理论依据.
In order to determine the chemical components of bio-oil and compare the influence of different material on the components content,this experiment determines the chemical components of the biomass-fast-pyrolysis bio-oil with poplar,larchwood,corn straw and cotton straw as feedstock respectively,by adopting GC-MS for qualitative analysis and GC for quantitative analysis.The results show that raw material exerts certain impact on the chemical component of bio-oil and the components of bio-oils with different material differ in some ways,however,the chemical race of the major components is identical,they are,oxygen-containing functional groups of the phenols,aldehydes,ketones,and organic acids etc.
Biomass fast pyrolysis is an more eff icient in the energy conversion. This paper presents the effect of the bio-oil production rate and composition from the material characteristics(the material composition, particle size, moisture) and reaction conditions (heating rate, temperature, residence time of gas phrase, pressure,catalyst). It analysis the effect of the bio-oil component of the main factors:material composition, temperature and catalyst, also states the effect on bio-oil production rate of the main factors material particle size, temperature and gas residence time.
对喷动循环流化床落叶松树皮快速热解过程中反应温度、物料粒径、进料速率及气体流量对热解产物产率的影响以及这4个因素共同作用对生物油产率的影响进行研究.结果表明:反应温度是影响热解产物产率的主要因素,气体流量影响较显著,在试验范围内物料粒径、进料速率影响不显著;喷动循环流化床最佳制备液体产物--生物油快速热解工艺条件为:反应温度550℃,物料粒径0.2~0.3 mm,进料速率20 r·min-1,气体流量25m3·h-1.
The invention discloses a novel spouted circulating fluidized bed timber quick pyrogenation device and a process method. The device comprises a spouted fluidized bed reactor, a fluidizing agent circulatory system, a monitoring system, a heating system, a feeding system, a gas-solid separation system, a charcoal collecting system, a condensation system, a fluidizing agent dehumidification system, a pressure stabilizing system, an incondensable gas collecting system and other parts. The process method includes process procedures such as putting the pre-processed materials in the feeding system, controlling the reaction temperature, the flow and other process parameters of the device and collecting the products such as bio-oil, charcoal and biogas, etc,. The timber quick pyrogenation device has the advantages of simple and compact structure, stable operation, large material application scope and easy automatic control; and the process method thereof has the advantages of simple operation, low operation cost, high production efficiency and good product quality.
