The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for risk assessment and prevention of the fresh agricultural product supply chain in Chengdu. The risk factors of fresh agricultural products supply chain in Chengdu are empirically analyzed by using the grey correlation method, and the screening and sorting are carried out. According to the calculation results, it is concluded that the main risk factors are supply risk, logistics risk, demand risk, production risk, cooperation risk, etc., and the reference value provided can meet the status quo.

With the rapid development of China’s logistics technology, four-way-shuttle based storage and retrieval system( FWSBS/ RS) is gaining more and more attention by virtue of its flexibility, convenience and efficiency as a new automated storage technology, but it takes more time for the conventional simulation, which brings inconvenience to the early planning and modeling of the logistics system. Based on Flexsim, an automatic 3D modeling system of four-way shuttle with user-defined parameters is developed by using the idea of automatic modeling. The corresponding task list was automatically executed and the warehousing operation was performed. The utilization rate of relevant equipment and the efficiency of the system were counted. The system makes modeling more efficient and convenient, In addition, it reduces the difficulty of using Flexsim and extends its application in intelligent manufacturing simulation. The example application shows that the system has excellent performance and good interactivity, which can better meet the needs of planners and designers.

In this paper, the influence of tooth profile modification on the vibration of a single gear is studied. Considering geometric eccentricity, gyroscopic moment, teeth to the partial load torque and backlash, a 10 degree of freedom (DOF) lateral-torsional-rocking coupled nonlinear dynamic model of a single gear system is proposed. Considering actual motion state and tooth profile modification, stiffness of the meshing model was studied using an analytical method. Results show influence of the modification amount with different modification types and different modification length on dynamic load. For the case of different modification lengths and modification types, with increasing modification amount, profile of dynamic load coefficient follows a ‘V’ type pattern. An optimal modification amount can be determined, where dynamic load of gear can be minimized. At the same time, when modification amount exceeds a certain critical value, dynamic load for modified gear was higher than the dynamic load for gear without modification. The optimum modification can effectively slow mutation of meshing stiffness and reduce the dynamic load of gear; the meshing force amplitude of modification gear is decreased significantly in the high order frequency, while the impact load caused by the alternation of single and double teeth is slowed down, and contact rate is basically unchanged.
Based on our previous works on liquid crystal (LC) microlenses driven electrically, we present a new type of dual-mode liquid crystal microlens arrays (DLCMAs) for chaotic encryption applications. Currently, the DLCMAs developed by us consist of a top electrode couple constructed by two layers of controlling electrode and a bottom planar electrode. Aluminium and Indium-Tin Oxide (ITO) materials are respectively deposited over both sides of a glass substrate for shaping the top electrode couple, which is used to act as a key mode-control-part in the DLCMAs. Another ITO layer is deposited over the surface of another glass substrate for shaping the bottom public electrode. Both glass substrates with fabricated electrode structures are coupled into a microcavity fully filled by a layer of nematic liquid crystal materials. The DLCMAs proposed in this paper present excellent beam divergence and light convergence performances through loading relatively low driving voltage signals. The common optical properties of the devices, leading to a type of optical modulator of chaotic beams or light intensity adjustment devices for chaotic light coupling between functioned components, are demonstrated experimentally.
Based on our previous works in liquid-crystal microlens arrays (LCMAs), a new kind of optical switches using the 24×24 fiber arrays coupled with the LCMAs, which have a key dual-mode function of the switches about on and off state and work in visible and infrared range, is proposed and fabricated in this paper. Different with other common LCMAs, this new kind of dual-mode LCMAs includes two layers of control electrodes deposited directly over the surface of the top glass substrate in LC microcavity fabricated. The first layer is the patterned electrode, which is designed into basic circular holes with suitable diameter, and the second is the planar electrode. Both layered electrodes are effectively separated by a thin SiO2 film with a typical thickness of about several micrometers, and then the dual-mode microlenses are driven by applied electrical signals with different root mean square (rms) voltage.

Based on our previous works on liquid crystal microlenses driven and adjusted electrically, we present a new type of liquid crystal microlens arrays with dual-mode function (DLCMAs). Currently, the DLCMAs developed by us consist of a top electrode couple constructed by two layers of controlling electrode structure, and a bottom electrode. The top two electrode layers are respectively deposited over both sides of a glass substrate and insulated by a thin SiO2 coating, so as to act as the mode-control-part in the DLCMAs. Another planar electrode layer acting as the base electrode is deposited over the surface of a glass substrate. Two glass substrates with fabricated electrode structure are coupled into a microcavity filled by nematic liquid crystal material. The DLCMAs proposed in this paper present excellent divergence and convergence performances only loading relatively low driving voltage signal. The common optical properties of the micro-optics-structures are given experimentally.
数学分析是数学类专业一门重要的专业基础课程,近年来,我院在探讨适合本院学生的数学分析课程教学方法上进行了一系列改革实践,提高了学生数学分析课程的学习水平,也为同类院系数学分析课程的教学改革提供了一定借鉴.
利用混合静电纺丝将葡萄糖淀粉酶(GA)固定于聚丙烯酸(PAA)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)纳米纤维膜上,并通过鉴定固定化GA的酶学特征检验PAA/PVA可否成为一种优良的酶固定化载体。对其理化性质和酶学特征进行鉴定,经红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征发现,GA可成功包埋于PAA/PVA纳米纤维膜内部;对包裹固定的GA进行酶学性质鉴定,发现固定化GA的最适反应温度为68℃,比游离GA提高了9℃;固定化GA的适用p H值范围明显变宽;热稳定性和存贮稳定性显著增强且可以重复使用。PAA/PVA纳米纤维膜是一种优良的酶固定化载体,可以通过混合静电纺丝包埋法简便地将蛋白质分子固定于其内部,具有一定的应用前景。
