The basic concept for the uncertainty of the testing has been described in this article,the relative uncertainty of the flexural strength for the TiB2 ceramic has been evaluated.For brittle materials such as technical ceramic,type A evaluation of uncertainty is the main source of combined standard uncertainty when testing in a advanced instrument.This can be a reference for evaluating other mechanical properties of ceramic.
The gauge factors(GF) have been tested with the unidirectional and orthogonal CFRP materials by the edge four and inner four electrodes configuration methods respectively under recycling dynamic loading.The result shows that he GF of unidirectional CFRP is opposite with the electrodes configuration.The test value is 3.06 with the edge four electrodes configuration and-4.76 with the other configuration and the mechanism is also studied.The edge four electrodes configuration should be adopted to get the real electric resistance-strain coefficient.

The mechanical properties of Li2O·2SiO glass-ceramic used for computer disk were examined and the testing results were statistically analyzed. The Weibull distribution of the flexure strength, flexure elasticity modulus and Vickers hardness of the glass-ceramic indicates that this glass-ceramic has high dependability and is a potential advanced material for computer disk substrate.
The tensile strength of two kinds of steel fiber is tested using different clipping method respectively.The results indicate that during testing the undulant clamp A has least damage for steel fiber than dentate and undulant clamps,so with this kind of clamp we can obtain the best and exact tensile strength.And this kind of clamp is the effective method for testing tensile strength of steel fiber.
Cold mix asphalt recycling technology has a wide application prospect. This paper elaborates cold recycling mix (CRM) design using emulsified bitumen and foamed bitumen as a main stabilizer; and then design the structure of flexible base layer of CRM on the base of laboratory's test. Finally in term of experimental road, conclude the techniques of mixing, paving and compacting of Cold Mix Asphalt Recycling macerial.

对单向及正交碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)在静态拉伸及动态拉-拉载荷作用下的电阻-应变特性进行了研究.结果表明:正交及单向CFRP复合材料在静态拉伸载荷作用下,其电阻变化率随着应变增加表现为3个阶段:较为迅速增加的线性阶段、非线性平缓阶段和阶梯状迅速增加阶段,其实质反映了材料内部纤维在不断增加的应力作用下逐步伸长、变形和断裂的过程,因此可以在结构-智能结构中作为传感材料用于结构完整性的自诊断和自监测;在较小应力幅值(24%)的交变载荷作用下,2种材料的电阻变化率都表现出明显的电阻-应变特性和一定的可逆性,单向CFRP复合材料的电阻变化率较正交CFRP复合材料对应变更敏感.
比较了素混凝土、整体式钢纤维混凝土及层布式钢纤维混凝土的力学性能,结果显示,在较小体积含量的情况下,钢纤维通过对基体裂纹萌生和发展的抑制,有效地改善了混凝土的脆性。整体式钢纤维混凝土与层布式钢纤维混凝土在力学性能上表现出相当的一致性。

利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了两种铝矾土和用两种铝矾土配料煅烧的硫铝酸盐水泥熟料的微观结构形态,探索了铝矾土的的微观结构对硫铝酸盐水泥熟料质量的影响,指出了铝矾土结构密实、硬度大造成生料易磨性差,是最终导致硫铝酸盐水泥快凝的主要原因.
By using scanning electron microscope (SEM) the hydrate of highly free-calcium oxide (f-CaO) cements is studied, and the distribution and crystalline characteristics of calcium hydroxide in cement are investigated and the different boundary characteristics between calcium hydroxide with CSH at early hydration stage and later as well. The slow hydrate of f-CaO crystals distributed as big-piles in cement clinker results in the constant growing of Ca (OH) 2 crystals. This is the main reason for that the cement stability is not certificated.
