针对PBT弹性针织物的染色,研究采用高牢度分散染料染色的上染率、还原清洗工艺及其对织物色光的影响.结果表明:不含氨纶的面料染色后无须还原清洗,耐水洗色牢度也可以达到3~4级以上;含氨纶面料则有部分染料不经还原清洗牢度可以达到要求,部分染料则必须还原清洗,这与染料结构有关;从染料上染率曲线看,染色温度超过80℃后染料上染率快速增加,60℃还原清洗较85℃还原清洗色光稳定,色牢度也可达到要求.
石墨相碳化氮由于禁带能隙较窄,并且具有较高化学稳定性、无毒和价格低廉等优点,在光催化领域得到广泛关注.本文对近年来金属掺杂石墨相碳化氮进行了分类,并介绍了金属掺杂碳化氮在光催化降解有机废水的研究进展.
涤/氨针织物采用高牢度分散染料染色,探讨了不同还原清洗工艺对色牢度及色光的影响.结果发现:玫红色染料即使不经过还原清洗,色牢度也可达到4~5级;艳蓝色浮色较少,还原清洗前后色光稳定;湖蓝色、金黄色、酱红色色牢度较差,需要还原清洗.提高还原清洗温度或增加还原清洗次数,有利于提高织物的色牢度,但同时织物的得色深度及色光变化较大,需要平衡色牢度和色光间的指标要求.
针对硫化矿浮选废水中残留黄药难以有效降解的问题,通过水热法制备可见光响应光催化剂卷心菜状钨酸铋(Bi2WO6),利用XRD、SEM、EDS、UV-Vis DRS对钨酸铋纳米材料进行物相表征,分析其晶体结构、元素组成、形貌及光学性质,进而系统地研究光催化剂投加量、黄药初始浓度、溶液pH值等因素对光催化降解黄药的影响.通过自由基淬灭试验确定降解黄药的活性氧化物种,并利用可见-紫外分光光度计的全谱扫描初步分析黄药降解过程.结果 表明:在催化剂投加量为0.5 g/L,黄药浓度为80 mg/L的条件下,光催化1h黄药的降解率高达99.11%,COD去除率达到75.09%.超氧自由基(·02-)在黄药光催化氧化降解过程中起主要作用,过黄药为降解过程的中间产物.研究结果提供了一种高效、经济降解选矿废水残留黄药的环境友好型技术,可以促进选矿废水的循环利用.
目前城市轨道交通一般采用移动闭塞的CBTC信号系统,信号机的显示意义被弱化.但在降级模式下,信号机作为必要的安全运行条件之一,依然有重要现实意义.文章在城市轨道交通中引入绿黄灯和蓝灯显示,新增绿黄灯指示单个闭塞区间空闲,新增蓝灯指示CBTC模式,并进一步对各个应用场景进行分析,讨论了绿黄灯显示信号和蓝灯显示信号在城市轨道交通正线的应用,为信号机在城市轨道交通中的应用提供一种新方案.
采用X衍射、灰成分分析等方法得到煤样的物质组成,煤泥中高岭石、伊利石等脉石含量较高;通过分析浮选流程中的样品,得出煤中矿物质的组成在分选过程中影响精煤灰分和产率.通过改变分选流程得到精煤灰分为11.57%,分选流程的改善减少了矿物质对精煤的污染,提高了浮选精煤的综合利用价值.
OBJECTIVE To prepare Carvedilol phosphate sustained-release pellets and to study the biological equivalence.METHODS A fluidized bed was used to prepare drug-layered pellets and sustained-release pellets.The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the prescription process.RESULTS The formulation of Carvedilol phosphate drug-layered pellets is as follows:Pellets diameter of 0.35-0.5 mm,disintegrating agent of 15%,binder of 10% and solubilizer of solvent of 15%.The prescription of carvedilol phosphate sustained-release pellets is as follows:Coating weight of 7%,coating liquid concentration of 50%,porogen of 5% and silica dioxide of 10%.CONCLUSION The biological equivalence of the developed formulation and the marked product are consistent.
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for simultaneous determination of related substances in Amlodipine hydrochlo-rothiazide and valsartan tablets. METHODS:HPLC method was used. The determination was performed on Symmetry C18 column with mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile-trifluoroacetic acid(90:10:0.1,V/V/V)and water-acetonitrile-trifluoroace-tic(10:90:0.1,V/V/V)(gradient elution)at the flow rate of 0.6 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 237 nm(impurity A) and 225 nm(impurity B,C,D). The column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS:The linear range of impurity A,B,C,D were 93.43-987.34 ng/mL(r=0.9994),12.27-255.92 ng/mL(r=0.9996),78.96-657.17 ng/mL(r=0.9999),28.39-218.16 ng/mL(r=0.9997),respectively. The limits of quantitation were 91.27,11.35,78.31,26.56 ng;the limits of stability and detection were 22.98,3.13,19.17,8.16 ng. RSDs of precision tests were lower than 2.0%. Only impurity A was found in repeatability test,RSD=0.79%. Recoveries were 99.4%-100.6%(RSD=0.41%,n=9),98.9%-102.0%(RSD=1.04%,n=9),99.4%-100.9%(RSD=0.56%,n=9),98.6%-101.2%(RSD=0.92%,n=9),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and repeatable,and can be used for the determination of related substance in Amlodipine hydrochlorothiazide and valsartan tablets.
对火石嘴矿煤样和王河矿煤样进行自然沉降和絮凝沉降试验,发现火石嘴煤样沉降效果明显低于王河煤样.对煤样的颗粒性质(粒度组成、矿物组成、表面电性)进行试验研究,试验结果显示:煤泥的粒度组成、矿物组成和表面电性是影响其沉降效果的主要因素.
阐述了涤毛Dri-release吸湿快干罗马布的性能,选用合适的分散染料和酸性染料对其进行染整加工,并指出了染整加工过程中注意事项,同时测试了涤毛Dri-release罗马布的吸湿速干性及色牢度.结果表明,涤毛Dri-release罗马布集羊毛和涤纶的优点于一身,具有较好的吸湿速干性且色牢度较好,同时不影响织物的手感和强力.

In order to make the polyamide fiber and cellulose fiber blended or mixed products after dyeing show twist style, polyamide fabrics and cotton fabrics were used to simulate polyamide fiber and cellulose fiber mixed fabric,and 9 kinds of active dyes were respectively used in the sprinkly dyeing process, as well as anti-re-deposition agent. The effects of anti-redeposition agent for polyamide fabric on the dyeing depth of polyamide fabric and the color shade of cotton fabric were tested and analyzed. The results show that anti-redeposition agent can prevent the dyeing of active dyes on polyamide fiber, and it has less impact on the color shade of fabric dyed by some dyes; but it has little effect on some dyes, so we should filter dyes clearly in sprinkly dyeing process of polyamide fabric.

Step dyeing and the way to design the dyeing curve are discussed. The effects of heat-up rate and dwelling temperature on disperse dyeing with E type,SE type and S type disperse dyes are investigated. The results show that E type disperse dye has lower exhaustion dyeing temperature,and is suitable for dwelling at 75 ℃ ~ 85 ℃; SE type disperse dye has moderate exhaustion dyeing temperature,and is suitable for dwelling at 95 ℃ ~ 115 ℃; S type disperse dye has higher exhaustion dyeing temperature and wider adsorption temperature range,and can be applied by multistage heating method with several dwelling temperature. Various heat-up rate and dwelling tempetature have little effect on the shade of fabric,but are the key to avoiding dyeing defect.
EROS is a common method that is used to eliminate repetitive errors of near-infrared measurement.However,not all preprocessing data are good.The vector correlation theory is used as the criterion for the effective usage of EROS,and it is theoretically proved that when the background spectrum and the interested spectrum are weak correlation,EROS works best.A series of related experiments are designed,the experimental results show that when correlation coefficient between the background spectrum and interested spectrum is less than 0.66,namely that they are weakly correlated,the RMSEP of caUbrated model is smaller than that of strong correlation calibrated model.Experimental results demonstrate that the best condition of EROS for measurement is effective and correct.
Wet processing of nylon/viscose/spandex blended knitgoods are discussed from pre-setting,pretreatment,dyeing,product-setting and color repairing.The practice shows that the width,gram weight,shrinkage and washing fastness of the products are all good,under the conditions of pre-setting at 160 ℃ with small overfeed,gentle pretreatment with soda/hydrogen peroxide at 98 ℃,dyeing with one bath and two-step method in medium and dark shade,dyeing with two-bath and two-step method in light shade,product-setting at 180 ℃ with big overfeed.
Based on the meteorological data from Minqin and vicinity from 1971 to 2010,sandstorm variation characteristics and its influencing factors over Minqin oasis are analyzed. The results show as follows.(1)Sandstorms over Minqin oasis were mainly local sandstorms, but persistence, gale intensity and disaster degree of regional sandstorms are greater than local sandstorms(.2)Regional and local sandstorms mainly appeared in the afternoon and evening; local sandstorms occurred more than regional sandstorms in each month(except March),obviously more from June to August and for seasons, especially more in summer; regional and local sandstorms' annual and inter-annual trend was down significantly(.3)The natural causes of frequent sandstorms over Minqin oasis are arid climate and abundant sand source and the decreasing of regional and local sandstorm days is due to the climate change and improved underlying surface.
The influences of bath ratio,alkali dosage and adding method,dyeing temperature and combination dyes on dyeing behaviors of Remazol Fluorescence Yellow FL are discussed from the aspect of fluorescence reflectance and color difference.The results show that the hydrolysis degree of Fluorescent Yellow FL does not increase with the increase in dyeing bath ratio.The optimized apparent reflectance and fluorescence reflectance can be obtained with dyeing at 501 and adding of sodium carbonate and mixed alkali of sodium carbonate and caustic soda at low temperature of 30 ℃.Fine adjustment of color shade can be realized with a controlled combination of Reactive Turquoise Blue KN-G and Reactive Yellow 4GL respectively.
Chemical Drawing is a basic course in the teaching programme of chemical engineering and related major,and has the property of strong theory and practice.Teaching reform thinking has been proposed through analyzing teaching situation of the department of chemical engineering of Binzhou University and the regional industry background.This paper also proposes specific measures of the reform and practice.
