This paper analyzes the relevant data of domestic agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises,explores the reasons that affect the performance of agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises,and establishes an index system for the performance evaluation of agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises.We collect the actual data of relevant com-panies,quantify and normalize the index values corresponding to the index system,form the corresponding sample training set,and use GA(Genetic Algorithm)to optimize BP artificial neural network.The application model based on GA neural network algorithm is established,and simulation training is carried out to determine the optimal number of hidden layers.At the same time,we compare the results of various evaluation methods to prove the effectiveness and relative accuracy of this method.The application methods and prospects of this method in the decision-making and management system of agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises are described.
Driven by mobile technology, the short video industry has shown an explosive growth trend in recent years. This paper discusses the current situation of the short video industry and the problems existing in the short video business circle. Combined with the current application scenarios of blockchain technology, this paper discusses the necessity of building a new ecosystem based on blockchain, presents a method to solve the problems related to short video ecosystem by using blockchain smart contract and other technologies, and introduces the application process of blockchain in data sharing, smart contract, asymmetric encryption and other key technologies in the new ecosystem. Finally, according to the analysis of the application process, the possible problems are put forward and suggestions are given.

Then a clothing traceability system architecture model on E-commerce platform based on the Hyperledger consortium blockchain and private blockchain is constructed, and the utility of this model is explained. Based on the research of the interactive relationship between blockchain and smart contract, the paper analyzes the irreplaceable and important role of smart contract in cloud service platform about tourism logistics which is based on the blockchain technology. And then it indicates that there are three members involved in the stakeholders such as enterprises and individuals on the demand side of tourism logistics service, enterprises on the supply side of tourism logistics service, and relevant financial institutions. Analysis the current situation of tourism traffic network in DuJiangYan city, large data technology is used to optimize the local tourist traffic resources and provide intelligent, personalized and diversified tourist routes. Under the support of fast travel travel framework, the aim of "slow travel" is achieved in combination with the local tourism infrastructure and cultural features of Dujiangyan. Finally, through the integration of the infrastructures and application services in "quick access" and "slow travel", the system of "quick access and slow travel" is formed.
On the basis of the review of researches about the tourism logistics and the grey relevance analysis method, the paper established the index system reflecting the development of tourism economy and logistics in Chengdu city. A grey relevance analysis model was constructed to guide the empirical study on the relationships of important economic indicators in tourism economy and logistics industry for this region. The conclusion was there was a close correlation between the development of tourism economy and logistics in Chengdu. Then suggestions were given to promote sustained, coordinated development of tourism economy and logistics in this region.

Audio in the video carries abundant semantic message. An audio scene is temporal audio segments which represented by a few basic audio effects. The semantic similarity of pair audio scenes is very useful for high-level audio semantic understanding. A computing approach for audio scene semantic similarity is proposed in this paper. Firstly, audio track is pre-segmented to audio scenes. Then, basic audio effects dominating each audio scene are recognized. Finally, the similarity of two audio scenes is calculated based on a model consist with information theoretic similarity principles and Tversky's set-theoretic similarity. The results of experiments indicate the audio scene semantic similarity computing approach could count quantitative semantic similarity of two scenes.
