Baiyang Liu(刘佰阳)

Baiyang Liu received the Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from the South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 2018. From 2017 to 2018, he was a joint Ph.D. Student with the Queen Mary University of London, London, U.K., where he was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, he was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with the College of Electronics and Information Engineering, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China. He is currently as a Research Assistant Professor with the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen. His current research interests include orbital angular momentum, spatiotemporally modulated metamaterials, and rotational Doppler effect.
