Bio
Kaiyi Zheng was born in Nanjing, China, in 1983. He received the master's degree in pharmaceutical analysis from China Pharmaceutical University, Nanjing, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in analytical chemistry from the East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China, in 2013.
From 2014 to 2015, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. From 2016 to 2017, he was an Appointed Researcher with the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan. After that, he was an Associate Researcher with the School of Food and Biological Engineering, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, China, from April, 2019. He has authored or coauthored 11 SCI journal papers and one international conference paper. His research interest includes food analysis, food process data analysis, nondestructive testing for food, chemometrics, etc.
