科研成果:
在抗癌药物靶向输送系统的应用基础研究方面取得了一系列重要进展,设计、构建了多种用于抗肿瘤转移或降低肿瘤耐药性,提高化疗药物疗效或降低其毒副作用的新型纳米输送系统,以及提高核酸药物转染效率的新型非病毒载体,并对其特性和作用机制进行了深入系统研究;采用制剂技术提高了一批难溶性药物和侯选药物的溶解度与口服吸收等; 迄今在Nat Med, Adv Mater, ACS Nano, Adv Drug Deliv Rev, Adv Funct Mater, Nanotoxicology,Small, Biomaterials, Nanomedicine NBM, J Control Release, Mol Pharmaceut, Biomacromolecule等国际重要学术期刊上发表SCI论文100余篇; 在新药研究方面, 已获得新药证书9 项,临床批件5项(创新药物临床批件4项), 已报 SFDA 的新药3 项;申请专利50余项(授权20项);3名博士生获中国科学院优秀博士论文(2012,2011,2010),1名博士生获全国百篇优博论文提名(2011).
