Tiancheng Cao

Tiancheng Cao (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2021, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Center for Integrated Circuits and Systems. He is currently a Student Researcher attached to the Institute of Microelectronics (IME), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore. His current research interests include neuromorphic computing system, emerging non-volatile devices, and energy efficient hardware design for edge intelligence. He was a participant of the Global Young Scientists Summit 2022. He was a recipient of Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship and NTU Science and Engineering Scholarship. He is a Student Member of The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES), since 2017.
