Chang Andrew C

Andrew Chang (Member, IEEE) received the M.S. degree in computer and electrical engineering from Rutgers University. He is a Principal System Architect with Samsung Memory Solution Lab over 25 years of industry experience. He has worked on microprocessor design at Intel and HP, networking processors at Juniper, and flash storage controllers at Violin Memory and Western Digital/Sandisk. He leads a team researching full-stack memory acceleration solutions for hyperscale data centers. His interests include heterogeneous computing, power efficiency, scalable memory architectures, software–hardware codesign, and new memory/accelerator interfaces.
