This is Abdul Kuddus, currently working at Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Saitama University, Japan as PhD Scholar. Completed B.Sc (Engg.) and M.Sc (Engg.) from the Dept. of Applied Physics and Electronic Engineering, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Now, research is continuing on 2D and high k-oxides Materials applied for the fabrication of PV and FET devices with Mist-CVD/ALD technique. Engaged as Life member, BPS, BD, Member of JSAP, JP and Founder chair of IEEE-RUSB, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh.
