Ahmad Keshavarz received the B.S. degree in communication engineering from Shiraz University, Shiraz, Iran, in 2001, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in communication engineering from Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. In 2008, he joined the Electrical Engineering Faculty, Persian Gulf University, Bushehr, Iran. His research interests include remote sensing image processing, medical image processing, computer vision, and statistical pattern recognition.
