Ahmed Abdel-Hadi

Ahmed Abdelhadi (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2011. He was a member with the Wireless Networking and Communications Group (WNCG) and the Laboratory of Informatics, Networks, and Communications Group during the Ph.D. degree. In 2012, he joined the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Hume Center for National Security and Technology, Virginia Tech, where he was a Faculty Member of Wireless@VT Research Group. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the University of Houston (UH) and the Director of the Communications, Artificial Intelligence, Systems, and Security (CAISS) Laboratory, UH. Before joining UH, he was a Research Assistant Professor with Virginia Tech. His research interests include wireless communications and networks, cyber physical systems, machine learning, and security. He has coauthored more than 100 journals and conference papers and seven authored books in these research topics.
