An Liu(刘安)Research

An Liu received the Ph.D. and the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Peking University, China, in 2011 and 2004 respectively. From 2008 to 2010, he was a visiting scholar at the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Energy Engineering, University of Colorado at Boulder. From 2011 to 2013, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include wireless communication and stochastic optimization. His industry experience includes one year's internship at Intel China Research Center Beijing, and 2 years' R&D experience as a Chief technician and one of the founders in D-rate Corporation, Beijing.
