My research interests span the areas of wireless networks and communication. More precisely I work in the areas of power management in the LTE and WLAN networks, LTE-A based heterogeneous networks, IoT enabled wireless sensor networks, mobile adhoc networks, and vehicular adhoc networks. In addition to wireless networks, my research interest also focuses in the design and development of multiple input multiple output antennas and photonic devices using photonic crystals for next generation systems. I have been instrumental in the establishment of wireless communication lab in the present institution that host various software’s, software defined radios and sensor nodes. This lab has been established with the centre of excellence for IoT with Eigen Technologies.
