Anna G. Orlova received the Ph.D. degree in biology from Nizhny Novgorod State University, Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, in 2004. Since 2015, she has been a Senior Scientist with the Laboratory of Biophotonics, Institute of Applied Physics of RAS, Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. She is the coauthor of more than 50 peer-review articles and several book chapters. Her research focuses on optical and optoacoustic imaging, both in clinical and experimental oncology. Her main interests include the investigation of tumor vascular and microenvironmental responses to treatments.
