Ashish Shrivastava (Senior Member, IEEE) was born in Rewa, India. He received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from the Government Engineering College, Rewa, in 1999, and the M.Tech. degree from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (NIT) Bhopal, Bhopal, India, in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD), New Delhi, India, in 2013. He is currently working as a Professor with the Skill Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Gurugram, Haryana, India. His fields of interest include power electronics, power quality, electronic ballast, dc/dc converters, and PFC LED drivers. Dr. Shrivastava has received the POSOCO Power System Award 2014 (PPSA-2014) for his research contribution.
