Bio

Battur Batkhishig (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree in mechatronics from Mongolian University of Science and Technology, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, in 2015, and the M.Eng. degree in electrical, electronics and information engineering from Nagaoka University of Technology, Nagaoka, Niigata, Japan, in 2018. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering at McMaster Automotive Resource Centre, McMaster University. His research interests include motor drive control, synchronous optimal PWM, permanent magnet synchronous motor control, and electrified transportation.
