Beatriz Pereira is a researcher at GUIA (University Self-Regulatory Research Group - http://www.guia-psi.com/) and a PhD student in Applied Psychology at University of Minho. She is most fascinated by research, developing new programs, tools and knowledge that can help improve the practices of psychologists / teachers and thus help to educate better children and citizens. She mainly studies topics related to self-regulation of learning, focusing recently on the promotion of healthy eating through strategies of self-regulation of learning.
