个人简介
Jean-Christophe Béra received the Ph.D. degree in cochlear mechanisms from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, Écully, France, in 1993.
After the Ph.D. degree, he worked for ten years as an Assistant Professor in acoustic active control of sound and aerodynamic flow at the Laboratory of Fluid Mechanics and Acoustics (LMFA), Villeurbanne, France. He has been a Professor in mechanical engineering with the University of Lyon, Lyon, France, since 2004. He currently teaches students in mechanical and biomedical engineering and is involved in the acoustic master’s degree of Lyon. His current main research topic in LabTAU, Lyon, is the interaction mechanisms between ultrasound and propagating medium, with a focus on the phenomena of acoustic streaming and acoustic cavitation.
