Bingjun Tang

Bingjun Tang (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in applied physics from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, Taiyuan, China, in 2011, and the M.S. degree in integrated circuit from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2014, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering. He was a Visiting Student with Princeton University, NJ, USA, from 2018 to 2019. His research area is mainly about CMOS active circulator, self-interference cancellation for full-duplex, PLL, VCO, and THz oscillator.
