Bio
Binod Kumar Rajak is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior at the Department of Management Studies, Nalsar University of Law. He teaches HRM, Emotional Intelligence, leadership, Organizational Change, and Research Methodology to BBA, MBA, and PhD scholars. He completed his PhD from the School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad. He has authored numerous articles in Scopus, WoS, and ABDC and gained valuable knowledge through workshops, enhancing his skills as a faculty member and researcher.
He aims to instil the right values in future generations, cultivating a skilled and efficient workforce to create a better world. He has published papers in organizational psychology, Social Media Marketing, Academic Performance, and Education. He has served as a Reviewer for reputable international journals such as Emerald, Springer, Inderscience, Sage, and the American Psychological Association. He is currently focused on the domain of Homework conflict. He has presented his papers at numerous international and national conferences. As a reviewer for top reputable journals like Emerald and Inderscience, which are indexed by ABDC and Scopus, his research interests lie in family-work conflict.
