现任中国免疫学会副理事长与常务副秘书长、国际免疫学会联盟（IUIS）教育委员会委员、中国免疫学会肿瘤免疫与肿瘤生物治疗专业委员会主任委员、中国抗癌协会肿瘤生物治疗专业委员会秘书长，担任European Journal of Immunology 、Cellular and Molecular Immunology、Immunology Letters杂志编委。
完全自主研究的低剂量环磷酰胺治疗尖锐湿疣和肿瘤囊泡治疗肿瘤技术已用于临床。作为通信作者在Cancer Cell、Science Immunology、Nature Materials、Nature Cell Biology、Nature Biomedical Engineering、Journal of Clinical Investigation、Nature Communications、Blood、Cell Research等一系列主流杂志上发表70多篇研究论文。
