Brian R. Belland received the B.A. degree in French from the College of Wooster, Wooster, OH, USA, in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in educational technology from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA, in 2008. He is an Associate Professor of Educational Psychology with Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA, USA. He has published one book, 43 articles, and nine book chapters. Dr. Belland honors include the NSF CAREER Award and six best paper awards.
