个人简介
Ch. V. N. Rao (Member, IEEE) received the bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering from S V University, Tirupathi, India, in 1989, and the Ph.D. degree from the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Gandhinagar, India in 2019.
He has joined the Space Applications Centre, Indian Space Research Organization, Ahmedabad, India, as a Scientist in 1989, and since then has worked in various positions in microwave remote sensors area. He has played a pivotal role in design and development of India’s first spaceborne synthetic aperture radar. He is currently designated as an Outstanding Scientist and as a Group Director he is leading a team of more than 50 Scientists and Engineers toward the development of microwave sensors. He has authored or coauthored over 20 publications and two patents. His research interest includes GaAs and GaN MMICs, core-chip modules, T/R modules, microwave, and mm-wave circuits and systems.
