Christine conducts qualitative and mixed method research on leadership in educational systems internationally across diverse school contexts that inform policy and practice. Her research investigates the role of educational leaders including system leaders, principals, middle leaders and teacher leaders. Her specific interests include professional learning and development, the professional identity and resilience of leaders during change, and the role of school leaders in pedagogy, wellbeing and attainment.
