Christos Sardianos (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering and the M.Sc. degree in informatics and telematics. He is currently a Research Associate and a Ph.D. candidate in the research area of knowledge extraction from large scale social networks, under the supervision of Prof. Iraklis Varlamis, with the Department of Informatics and Telematics, Harokopio University of Athens. His main research interests are data mining, recommender systems, social network analysis and mining, databases, and so on.
