Dr. Furdui has started her academic career at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2006. Currently, she is Professor of Internal Medicine in the Section on Molecular Medicine, has joint appointments in the Department of Biochemistry and Department of Cancer Biology, and is adjunct/affiliate faculty in the Department of Chemistry (Wake Forest University) and the Maya Angelou Center for Health Equity. Dr. Furdui serves as Co-Director of the Center for Redox Biology and Medicine and Director of the Proteomics and Metabolomics Shared Resource at the institution. She is co-founder of Xoder Technologies, LLC.
