主要研究方向为磁共振成像序列与医学影像的分析处理方法的研发,特别是在快速高分辨率成像序列的开发、基于弥散磁共振的微结构成像方法、胎儿与婴儿脑影像等领域做出了若干原创新贡献,在PNAS、Radiology、NeuroImage、Magnetic Resonance in Medicine等TOP期刊发表了论文70余篇(一作或通讯50余篇),国际会议论文50余篇(获奖论文10余篇);申请发明专利28余项,授权16项(四项国际专利)。目前主持国家科技部重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金、面上、浙江省领军创新创业团队项目、浙江省重点研发计划项目等国家与省部级项目10余项;在美期间曾主持美国国家卫生所R01、R21、R03基金项目。
