Career Trajectory
Bio
I am currently working to improve warm water marine finfish aquaculture by supporting numerous projects with my bioinformatics, molecular biology, and microbiology skills. We are using transcriptomics and/or 16S amplicon sequencing to explore the effects of different salinities on larval fish, different feeds on juvenile/larval fish, as well as 2B-RAD to explore parentage analysis.
