Deqiang Gan(甘德强)Professor

Deqiang Gan has been with the faculty ofZhejiangUniversitysince 2002. He visited theUniversityofHong Kongin 2004, 2005 and 2006. Deqiang worked for ISO New England, Inc. from 1998 to 2002. He held research positions inIbarakiUniversity,University of CentralFlorida, andCornellUniversityfrom 1994 to 1998. Deqiang received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering fromXian Jiaotong University,China, in 1994. He served as an editor of European Transactions on Electric Power (2007-2014). His research interests are power system stability and market operations.
