Dongseok Shin (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from the University of Seoul, Seoul, South Korea, in 2004, the M.S. degree in electronics and computer engineering from Korea University, Seoul, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, USA, in 2017. From 2006 to 2012, he was with the Graphics Design Team, SK Hynix Semiconductor, Icheon, South Korea. He is currently with the Advanced Design Group, Intel Corporation, Hillsboro, OR, USA, where he is involved in digital PLLs.
