个人简介
I am currently a senior research scientist and project owner at Tokyo Electron Ltd (TEL) research center in Austin, Texas (USA). In this role, I lead model development of transport at nanoscale for the upcoming generation (1-3 year window) of nanofeatured semiconductor chips with >$100M market impact. Before joining TEL, I was a senior research scientist and lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin leading a nanolab to study fluid flow in nanoscale pore networks in shale gas and tight oil as well as hydrogen diffusion in nanoporous seal rocks.
My research is to use the fundamentals of fluid flow mostly from first principles to solve problems in different multiphysics and multidisciplinary processes, e.g., oil and gas production in unconventional natural systems and nanofeatures in semiconductor wafers.
