Bio
Franz Müller received the Dipl-Ing and MSc degrees in electrical engineering from HTW Dresden - University of Applied Sciences, in 2015 and 2017, respectively. He is currently working toward the PhD degree with TU Dresden, Fraunhofer IPMS, Center Nanoelectronic Technologies. He joined Fraunhofer IPMS in 2012 as student assistant. There he worked on research topics including signal integrity for high-density interconnect signal transmission and forward error correction for optical transmission systems implemented in FPGAs. His research interests include electrical characterization of ferroelectric FETs as single devices and in memory arrays, the study of their use in neuromorphic applications, and control schemes for performance enhancements.
