Franziska Appel has been a research associate at Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies in the Department Structural Change since September 2009. She studied agricultural sciences, with a specialization in economic and social sciences of agriculture. Franziska is currently involved in the projects "AgriPoliS2020 – Sustainability of research software AgriPoliS", "FORLand – Agricultural Land Markets – Efficiency and Regulation" and "SURE-Farm – Towards SUstainable and REsilient EU FARMing systems".
