Freddy Abnousi

Freddy Abnousi received the M.D. degree from the Stanford University School of Medicine, Stanford, CA, USA, in 2007, the M.B.A. degree from Oxford University, Oxford, U.K., in 2002, and the M.Sc. degree in health policy, planning, and financing from the London School of Economics and Political Science, London, U.K., in 2001. He is currently the Head of Health Technology, Facebook Inc., Menlo Park, CA, USA, and also a practicing Interventional Cardiologist. He also serves as an Innovation Advisor for the American College of Cardiology, Washington, DC, USA, a Professor Adjunct with the Stanford University School of Medicine, and an Assistant Professor Adjunct with the Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT, USA. He has previously led innovative healthcare efforts at companies such as McKinsey, San Francisco, CA, USA, and Google, Mountain View, CA, USA, and has served as the Founder and the CMO of CorDynamix Inc., Chicago, IL, USA, an interventional heart failure company. He completed Fellowships in cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology, as well as residency in internal medicine with the Stanford University Medical Center, Stanford. He was previously a Resident Surgeon with the University of California at San Francisco, San Francisco, CA, USA.
