Bio
Fu-Lung Hsueh (M'82) received the B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from National Chiao-Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1972 and 1974, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University, Bethelem, PA, in 1982.
He was with ERSO/ITRI, Hsinchu, during 1976-1979. He was involved in the successful CMOS technology transfer from RCA to ERSO/ITRI during 1976-1977. He joined Sarnoff Research Center, Princeton, NJ, in 1981 and is a Senior Member of Technical Staff. His circuit design experiences include: SRAM, high speed 6–12 bits 20–200 MHz CMOS SSA and flash ADCs, PLL, DAC, CMOS, VGA PtSi IR imager, high density high frame rate BCCD FPA and TDI imagers, high density VLSI active matrix EL displays, CMOS APS imagers, and SiGe ADC. He has published over 40 technical papers and has seven issued patents. He published two textbooks for electrical engineers in Taiwan in 1973.
